Answer: No! We have worked very hard on creating hours of video tutorials, and we truly believe that anyone with a basic knowledge of computers can successfully use our products to increase their sales. |

Question: Can you guarantee that I'll make more money by using your templates? |

Answer: Although every effort has been made to make sure you increase profits from your auction listings, we can't guarantee that you'll will. There are just too many factors out of our control – like the product that you sell, the price, the listing times, the description etc. It wouldn’t be fair to promise a profit increase for every member. With that in mind, please know that we truly believe in our products and services. Many case studies have proven that by implementing SAT templates and other design elements, profits from auctions can significantly be increased. |

Question: Do you accept Money Bookers, personal checks, bank transfers, cash, or any other payment options? |

Answer: No, at the moment we accept payments for SAT membership only via Clickbank. |

Answer: For E-shop items (like custom designs, templates etc.), payments need to be made via 2Checkout.com, is authorized reseller of our products and services. |

Refunds

Question: What is your refund policy? |

Answer: All products and services sold by SpicyAuctionTemplates.com have a 56 day “no questions asked” refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a support ticket here. |

Question: Can I keep using the templates and the other design elements after I have received a refund? |

Answer: Absolutely not. If you request a refund, you can no longer use any auction templates or design elements from SpicyAuctionTemplates.com. Any auctions running at the time of refund can run its course, but no new ones can be created using our templates. Doing so will be a breach of international copyrights and you'll be prosecuted. You could pay $100 000 + costs of damages made by your illegal activity. |

Question: What if I decide that after my refund, I still want to use SAT’s templates and other design elements? |

Answer: If after a refund, if you still want to use our templates and other design elements, you can buy a one time license to do so. Please contact us for details. |

Question: How will SAT templates be delivered to me? |
|
Answer: After successful payment, you'll receive an e-mail with your SAT membership details, including your username, password, and link for your login. All templates are available to download in the members’ area. |

Question: How complicated is the process of using SAT templates? |
|
Answer: Not complicated at all! Because we host everything on our servers, all you have to do is copy the HTML code, and past it into your auction’s description. Step by step video guides for doing this are accessible via the SAT members’ area. |

Question: Do I have to know HTML or other coding language to use Spicy Auction Templates? |
|
Answer: No, not at all. All you need is basic computer knowledge. If you can write an e-mail and surf the Web, you can use our products without problems. |

Question: What is the Spicy Auction Templates members’ area? |

Answer: The members’ area is a password protected area on our website where we store all of the templates, tutorials, videos and other materials. You can access this area only if you have purchased our product, and have access to do so. |

Question: Do I need special software or tools to view the video tutorials? |
|
Answer: No! All of our video tutorials are in flash format, which is already installed on 99.99% of all computers. If you can't see a video, you'll be prompted to download the latest flash driver. |

Question: Can I contact other SAT members? |

Answer: Yes! Once you become a member, you'll be able interact with other SAT members by using the community forum. Access to forums is granted only to paid members. |

Answer: You're probably using a browser that’s not supported by our website. We strongly recommend that you use Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Fire Fox for optimal viewing experience. |

Question: I haven't received an e-mail to access the 5 part video course, “Fix My Auction.” What do I do? |

Answer: Again, check your spam/junk folder in your e-mail account. To prevent such activities in the future, please add info@spicyauctiontemplates.com to white-list. In the meantime, contact our support team to receive your details manually. |
